excellent stay in the heart of it all
attentive staffconvenient locationlarge room
the manager provided excellent communication via whatsapp before arrival! check-in was quick. the staff was attentive. the location proves very convenient, a short walk to most places. i found the room larger than expected.
the tv only had two english channels, both news channels.

staff were very helpful. they were easy to contact. the hotel scheduled a private driver for airport transfers. the driver was prompt and courteous.

access was easy. we arrived late and the digital access worked perfectly. the hotel stored our bags after checkout. this allowed us to explore the city without luggage.

while breakfast was not included, a very nice place is right down the street! this provided a local experience. it was convenient and added to the overall enjoyment.

dusty spotsstained sheets
The minibar only had two small water bottles. The coffee machine had only one capsule. I also noticed a lot of dust in hidden spots. Clearly, they skimped on cleaning. I found some stains on the sheets too. That was pretty gross.
