The location was very close to the slopes. This made skiing convenient. the underground parking was convenient as well. the staff were generally friendly.

I found the cleaning not very good. There was dust. bedsheets had some animal hairs. This was unpleasant. also, there was no soap for hands in the bathroom.

the location proves excellent because it is close to the lift, bars and restaurants. i like there is a spacious balcony overlooking the resort and amazing mountain scenery.

i found that the beds were very hard.

the location was acceptable with proximity to the slopes.

i was annoyed to find the spa and swimming pool were out of service because of a fire. this made me question the hotel's safety standards. i wish they had arranged access to facilities at a nearby hotel, especially since using them was a main reason to book here (i really wanted to relax). the bedroom also could have been cleaner.
