shower flooding hard bed
I must say, my stay wasn't quite what i had hoped for. the allocated room was an accessible one, and this meant the shower flooded the bathroom every time it was used. I had to dry the floor with towels constantly. I got nowhere with my complaint. for this reason, i won't book here again. also, the bed was hard! not what you expect from a four-star hotel.

Acceptable stay, some minor issues
skiing location kitchen items unhelpful staff cold water
the location is excellent, really convenient for skiing. our apartment was a good size. it had all the kitchen items needed if you wanted to cook on the hob. bakery and spar shop across in plagne soleil were most convenient because you just walk straight across the slope.
the staff at reception were generally unhelpful when i asked questions. there was no cold water in the taps for 24 hours. i could not wash. no bottled water was provided or an apology given.

direct access blue ski run equipped kitchen comfortable bed shabby decoration floor crumbs enough bedding
the location is good near plagne village. direct access to a blue ski run exist from the ski room. the apartment had a separate bedroom which worked great for two people. the kitchen is very well equipped and the bed is comfortable.
The decoration in the rooms seem a little shabby. it wasnt 100% clean. I saw crumbs on the floor when i arrived.

apartments size bread ordering accessible room hard bed
the apartments size was really good for my family. everyone had plenty of room there. the location was very good to, right on the run to the chair lift. the ordering of bread was a neat touch to.
the hotel gave us an accessible room for 2 years now. the shower floods the bathroom. we needed to dry the floor with towels, and the bed is also very hard to.

Excellent Stay with Convenient Ski Access
convenient location full kitchen immediate skiing access
I appreciated the apartment size. It suited my needs perfectly. The kitchen included all necessary items if you want to cook. Its location directly on the slope was a great advantage. It enabled immediate access to skiing. I also found a bakery and a spar shop nearby in plagne soleil. These facilities were convenient, just across the slope.
The pillows provided were a bit small.
