The location is great. It is a short walk to the centre. The bus station is also just a few minutes away. The apartment includes everything needed for a comfortable stay. Ines at the reception provided helpful service.
I noticed limited toilet paper provision. Only one small roll was provided upon arrival for a room for four people. This required a trip to find a supermarket on the first night. It seemed unnecessarily frugal.

The reception staff were responsive. They promptly addressed all my requests. Ines at the front desk was particularly helpful and happy to assist with any questions i had.

The kitchenette is well equipped with a dishwasher. It also includes a kettle, a toaster, and a proper teapot. The electric stove allows preparation of basic meals. A good size fridge is also present.

The hotel is located very close to ski bus stops. Access to transportation is very easy from this location. It is also near the centre. I could walk there in just a few minutes.

Ski lockers are conveniently located just outside reception. I had two bathrooms in my apartment. One included a shower, and the other a bath. Books are available to borrow. Table tennis is another activity on site.

the location is good as the bus stop is very close. getting to the mountains is simple. the hotel staff was great. inez was very helpful.
i found some dirty parts of the room such as the french doors. the balcony also had some issues. the reception hours are limited.
