decent stay overall
continental selection great breakfast cooked options kind staff musty smell stale linen bad coffee water shortage
the breakfast was generous. it included a great continental selection. cooked options were also available. the staff was very kind and cute. the room was lovely with a nice shower. i had a room next to the pool area.
The room had a musty smell from the humidity. the linen also smelled stale. the owner resolved this issue the following day. the coffee was not good. I found it rather disappointing, and a day without water was very annoying.

fantastic stay, great breakfast
spacious cottage comfortable bed talented chefs
the cottage was spacious and well appointed i found the bed very comfortable the location is convenient to the center of town i enjoyed the walk there and back. breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit i also loved the made to order dishes. talented chefs prepare the dishes every day i definitely recommend it.
the room was not cleaned properly i noticed leaves on the carpet the staff member did not remove them. the pool water was not clear i saw vegetation in the pool. the bathroom door was difficult to close properly.

the room included double bathroom sinks and a large shower i also liked the chaise lounge and two armchairs. it was good i could relax in such a spacious environment i appreciated the design. the electric blanket was a welcome addition on arrival, keeping the room warm.

the hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the town center i liked this distance. many restaurants are within a short walking distance i found this convenient. some wineries can be reached on foot as well, offering a scenic alternative.

the breakfast included fresh baked muffin and croissant i also had fresh fruit. cheeses and meats were part of the selection i also tried yogurt. the staff also offered juice and coffee and i was pleased. i added eggs benedict to my breakfast.

monotonous breakfast weak coffee
The breakfast lacked variety. There were no daily specials, and the options remained the same throughout my stay. This became monotonous. The coffee tasted weak. I require a strong brew to begin my day. I also found the lack of a dedicated workspace in the room problematic, and the desk provided was too small. It hindered my ability to address urgent business matters .
