the location is very convenient because is near the train station. i appreciated the clean room we got. the staff was super helpful and cute too.
i wish the pillows had more fill, they felt a little flat.

i stayed in a superior studio for three nights the location is near milan central station a short walk away. the kitchen was equipped i found complimentary bottled water a sweet welcome the room was clean and spacious. i appreciated the efficient service and attentiveness to detail
this affected the overall tranquility of the room i hope they will be completed soon.

I adored the upgraded studio! it was so spacious and clean, i felt right at home. the bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was huge.. there was even a kitchen, though i didn't use it. the location was perfect. Only a short walk to milano centrale, it was so convenient.
the front desk had limited hours. i wish there was someone available later in the evening or earlier in the morning.

i appreciated the central location, especially its proximity to the central station. the availability of complimentary still and sparkling water was a nice touch. my room felt big and spacious, which i liked. the staff at reception were really friendly and helpful .
i thought my room needed a little bit of maintenance because some furniture looked old and the rug needed a good clean, but it wasnt such a big deal.
