rude staff below-average breakfast
The location was close to the beach.
The staff was rude. I got only two small water bottles each day. I had to buy bigger bottles. The breakfast was less than average. The staff at the canteen said to get my own tea.

The staff are super polite. i found the rooms neat and clean, always a plus. i had lots of fun in the pool. the dosa counter during breakfast was the best!
the hotel had occasional power cuts, which caused minor inconvenience.

the breakfast spread has a good variety of options available each day. the restaurant's food is delicious and up to the mark, with local dishes. breakfast timings are from 7:30 to 10:15, nice for a relaxed start to the day.

decent stay but with issues
late pool opening uncomfortable mattress
I found the pool timings quite inconvenient. The pools opened too late, starting at 9 am, i couldn't swim before breakfast. also, the extra mattress provided in my room was really uncomfortable. It was too hard and seemed old, causing me back pain . additionally. There was some confusion at checkout about the water bottles i had used, this created an embarrassing discussion over a small charge.

the staff were on-point. the room was spacious. that's about it.
the mattress in my room was terribly hard. it seemed like sleeping on a board. i woke up with a sore back every morning, not the relaxing vacation i wanted.

Fantastic Stay Near the Beach
convenient location spacious room various options good service
I found the location convenient. It was a short walk to the beach. The room was spacious, and the air conditioning worked very well. Breakfast had many options and the staff provided good service. The swimming pools were clean, and I swam there daily.
The mattress was a bit too firm for my personal preference.
Facilities

Two well kept swimming pools were available to guests, with one being a larger pool near the restaurant, open from 9 AM to 9 PM. The restaurant offered diverse food options. It was a definite highlight!!!

The staff was helpful and attentive. They promptly addressed requests and maintained a friendly demeanour throughout my stay. This level of service was AMAZING!!!
