The location suited me well, close to public transportation. A grocery store and drugstore are located below the hotel, that was convenient. I ate at the on site restaurant. I used the gym, and the laundry, great.
The room was too dark. The view overlooked a courtyard kept in poor condition, with a very high wall. This.

Check-in was very simple. The room had everything I needed! It was very clean when I arrived. The metro station is very close to the hotel's entrance. It is about 20 meters.
The hotel cleans the room every five days. I have never experienced this before, and I was quite surprised. The hotel only provides enough towels, toilet paper, coffee, and tea for a couple of days.

the staff are friendly and helps a lot. there's convenient supermarket options are nearby. the hotel its modern, and the train station is close. i like the clean room, and facilities are greats.
the capsules for the coffe machine in the room are limited for two people even we were three. this isn't dramatic, but is notable.

the hotel locates near both the S-Bahn and U-Bahn lines. this gives very convenient access to the city center. a rewe supermarket and rossmann drugstore are next door, so this is practical.

the location proved very convenient. a train station was super close to the hotel. a grocery store was also just outside the main entrance.
the usb charger points in our room did not work. staff did not believe me and did not act on it in the days we were there. there was no refill of room coffee, milk or sugar pouches. i felt unwelcome when i asked for refills.
