The staff helped me arrange a taxi from the airport. It all went smoothly. Samim provided a map with helpful information upon arrival. The hotel also has a good location near the Grand Bazaar (which I wanted to visit).
The towels were slightly less soft than i prefer.

fazal provided really good assistance with transport and local advice, even holding luggage for an extended period. the hotel arranged tours to bursa and princess islands. our guide, yaqoub, was very informative during the bursa tour. the room was notably clean and spacious, which i found very pleasing. the reception staff showed genuine warmth and provided useful tips for navigating the city. i appreciated the map fazal supplied, along with restaurant recommendations. the hotel's location offers convenient access to several attractions. the hotel offered new towels and regular cleaning. the rooms are fully equipped offering sufficient space. windows are included in the room structure offering natural light and ventilation. it is a massive value for money. the staff are amazing offering great customer service. i appreciated their detailed explanations regarding local attractions.
