The poolside cottage was close to the infinity pool. It overlooked a lake view. The room included comfortable bedding plus a spacious bathroom. There was a private outdoor seating area. Service was great, also the staff went the extra mile. Food was fresh and flavorful with local dishes.

The breakfast included many vegetarian options. Dinner has an extensive menu with good quality food. Afternoon tea includes coffee, snacks, biscuits and banana fritters. I liked the room service too.

The pool view from the room was amazing. The room was beautiful and super clean. Beds are very comfortable and large. They provided many bottles of water and toiletry supplies. I felt comfortable in that place.

The resort looks beautiful and includes palm trees. There is a coy fish pond at the entrance. I saw lighting, a pool, the backwaters, villas and greenery. It was great to connect with nature.

the complimentary boat ride each evening was acceptable.
Upon arrival, i found the entrance signage was unclear. I accidentally entered a nearby hotel. no one assisted with my luggage properly, and check-in felt slow. the room i booked for three guests only had amenities for two. the hotel generally lacks attention to detail.

i enjoyed my stay. the pool stretches impressively, giving ample space for a refreshing swim (i swam across its length!). the staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating. the food was delicious with a varied menu.
