faulty tv absent staff
the breakfast was good and its location was great for getting to the souks and places of interest.
the tv did not work properly even when staff tried to use it. the staff were hard to find most of the time. i also wasn't informed about cleaning schedules.

helpful staff birthday surprise safe stay old riad hard bed subpar housekeeping
The staff was very cute and helpful. They assisted with ordering food late at night. they also organized a birthday surprise with flowers and cake. i safety was good .
The riad felt old. the bed in the downstairs suite was hard and uncomfortable. the housekeeping wasn't great. The sheets smelled funny and reminded me of they hadn't been changed.
