The staff were helpful, offering local site information upon arrival. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room comfortable. I enjoyed the peacefulness of the riad and relaxing by the rooftop pool with a book. The hotel is clean, a detail I appreciated.

The seating areas are outside, and the dip pool has views of the Medina and the Atlas Mountains. The rooftop location allows one to take in the morning sun. There are also taxis that take people from the airport to the hotel, very handy.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. It made a very excellent first impression. The bed was large and provided a comfortable place for rest each night. The room's colors made me happy. The super clean rooms were cleaned every day. This came as a very pleasant surprise.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I received a useful rundown of the city, including local dos and don'ts upon arrival. The rooms were super clean. Daily cleaning was a pleasant surprise. I enjoyed the gourmet dinner. Salads were fresh and the tajine was really good.
The riad yard is small, and breakfast lacked variety. It was mostly the same each day.

Breakfast is served on the rooftop, so you can take in the morning sun. The breakfast includes homemade jams and traditional morning eats. Evening dishes were delicious and well-prepared.

roof access friendly staff
The El Ciel room had direct access to the roof, a great convenience. Breakfast on the terrace was really a dream. I booked a nonrefundable stay and the hotel refunded the night we lost when my flights changed, I did not even asked.
