fantastic stay!
cute staff great recommendations delicious buffet
The staff are so cute! they went out of their way to ensure i was comfortable and had everything i needed. i received great recommendations for places to visit and eat. ahmed was amazing. From arrival to departure, he laughed with me and shared stories. he also arranged a day trip to the desert where i enjoyed quad riding and camel rides. the sunset experience was amazing, and a delicious moroccan buffet was included!
the location is quite a walk from the main areas, so walking alone at night felt a little uneasy.

Breakfast was of good quality with fresh items. The variety was also really nice, with both south and north moroccan options. i also enjoyed the lunch. The chef clearly has talent, and it was a very nice experience.

My room, called hanna, was very individual and clean. It had two of the best nights of sleep in a long time! the room was also quiet, and the bed was comfortable. i also enjoyed having a spacious room.

the riad is in a great location in the medina, and it has easy access to the new town. this is a quite place! you could hear the sounds of birds and the fountains inside.

The staff are helpful. They helped me with local bookings. ismail greeted me personally and walked with me into town. This made sure i was oriented! the service was really good.

Acceptable stay but location is not great
The staff were very friendly and helpful . They made an effort to assist with any questions or requests.
The location proved to be a significant issue. The desolate streets at night felt unsafe. Walking with luggage on uneven surfaces after taxi drop-off was difficult. I found this unacceptable.

isolated location inadequate water
The location felt quite isolated. walking back at night, i did not feel entirely secure. the shower was particularly disappointing. It barely worked. i found the water pressure inadequate.

The room was very clean. I enjoyed the breakfast. It was tasty. The staff members were pleasant, and they were accommodating to all my needs.
The shower head holder in the room was a bit broken. It made the position of the water fall awkwardly.
