this hotel had a really good location. it was a short walk to several train stations. nearby, i found convenience stores, restaurants, and drug stores. the coin laundry was very helpful for me. i did not need to bring detergent.
the room was quite small. i found the space crowded with chairs and a table. this limited available floor space. there was no ventilation in the bathroom.

the hotel sits near zojo-ji, and the walk there offers a beautiful tokyo tower view. the hotel is very near the tokyo monorail. this location made it easy to reach haneda airport. it helped avoid complicated transfers.
the room felt small. it had too many chairs and tables, and that limited floor space. there were no umbrellas. there was no ventilation in the bathroom.

The location is convenient. I could easily reach the hotel from the airport. There were many dining options nearby, and a Starbucks was conveniently located downstairs. The room had a great view of the city. The laundry service was quick and easy to use.
The room was small. The use of space seemed crowded, with a chair and table limiting floor space. I noticed there was no ventilation in the bathroom. I also did not receive an umbrella. I would expect one at this price point.
