the location is super convenient near euston station! our room and bathroom were super clean, i loved the free hot drinks in the lounge. the pillows and duvet were really good quality, and the bed was comfy!
The room got a bit warm, but thankfully they provided a fan upon request. Still, better ventilation would be awesome

The room size was smaller than expected. I found it hard to maneuver around with luggage. furthermore. The breakfast options felt limited. i would have appreciated a greater variety of choices. also. i had difficulty transporting my bags to the upper floors. the steep staircase was a definite inconvenience.
