Solid stay near Earl's Court
convenient location gorgeous building amazing beds
I found the location very convenient near the metro station. The building itself was gorgeous. The beds were amazing, which ensured good rest.

the hotel location was very convenient. the metro station was a short walk. the dining room was furnished to a high standard. the breakfast was excellent.
the room i had was very small. i found no place to put luggage and clothes. there was no place to hang outerwear. the room was generally lacking.

excellent location friendly staff small room slow elevator
The location was excellent it was just a few minutes from earls court station. The staff were friendly and helpful too breakfast was also excellent.
The room i stayed in was quite small the bathroom was also very small. The elevator was slow it sometimes formed queues.

attentive team really good quality short walk
the staff greeted me warmly at reception. the team was attentive and helpful. the food at the restaurant was great with really good quality. i found earl's court station a short walk away.
the hotel did not stock ear plugs, which i needed due to noise.

great selection taxi service unsafe elevator bad soundproofing
The breakfast service was fabulous! There was a great selection of foods available. I enjoyed that the hotel offered a taxi service to Kensington Palace. The ride only cost ten pounds.
The elevator seemed unsafe. I did not want to use it, so I used the stairs. My room was really tiny and I could hear a television from another room. The soundproofing must be bad.

great location and breakfast
tube station comfortable bed white sheets air conditioning
the location was fantastic it was quiet but literally round the corner from earl's court tube station the bedroom was beautiful i had a fantastic night sleep in a very comfortable bed with crisp white sheets and lovely cool air conditioning which was much appreciated during this hot humid weather. ramiz iqbal stood out as really good service provider breakfast attendants were professional and friendly. the room had bathrobes and slippers which was extra comfortable and cosy i found that helpful. the sheets were silky and smooth.
i found that the room size was very small for a twin room there wasn't much storage space for two people i would say it is more of a single room the wardrobe section in the middle had splits and cracks throughout with the paintwork all chipped i didn't think it looked great.

delicious breakfast had everything you can desire and great quality of food the hotel staff were excellent especially those employed for breakfast for their kindness education and competence i will definitely return here.

small room limited channels
I booked a room, but it was quite small. There was not much storage for my belongings. I found only one mirror in the bathroom, and I missed having one in the main room. The TV had limited channels. It was not what I hoped for.
