I found a playground room here, and it included good quality toys. ALL children enjoyed the equipment. The location is excellent. The city park is a short walk away. The environment inside the building feels cozy.

I found it slightly inconvenient that parking incurred an additional fee per day.

I loved the central location, as many cafes and restaurants surrounded the hotel. The breakfast offered a large variety of options, and the pastries tasted delicious. The playroom featured many toys, and a person was available to supervise children. The pool had warm water, which I found comforting.

The carpet in our room, located in front of the bathroom, felt damp. I reported this but, unfortunately, it seemed the issue was not resolved .

The cleaning ladies offered us a topper since we had two single beds put together. I appreciated they anticipated our needs with our 3-year-old. The lady at the SPA provided great services she was a lovely lady.

The wellness center is lovely, it has extra services on demand, though the parking was expensive! It features three saunas with good conditions. The hotel has three nice restaurants on site to satisfy different tastes.

the breakfast selection was acceptable , with a decent variety of options available.

i must say , the lack of soundproofing was a major issue. i could clearly hear conversations and other noises from neighboring rooms , it made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep. also , the spa access situation was quite misleading , it added an unexpected extra cost.

The breakfast had a big selection. spa facilities felt very clean. it was also nice and cozy. the staff was friendly, i really appreciated this. the location is super close to the park. the hotel was nicely decorated for the winter holidays. The cinnamon smell added to the mood

the room had a bad sewage smell. this was the same for normal and superior rooms. water flowed on the a/c exterior unit, and the window sill made a strong noise. it rained and i couldn't really fall asleep. i had to place a towel outside.
