The breakfast had a big selection. spa facilities felt very clean. it was also nice and cozy. the staff was friendly, i really appreciated this. the location is super close to the park. the hotel was nicely decorated for the winter holidays. The cinnamon smell added to the mood

the room had a bad sewage smell. this was the same for normal and superior rooms. water flowed on the a/c exterior unit, and the window sill made a strong noise. it rained and i couldn't really fall asleep. i had to place a towel outside.

The breakfast had a good selection of food. My husband appreciated the variety. the location is near the park and the view from the room was wonderful.

The pool water looked cloudy. the nearby jacuzzi also had cloudy water. It wasn't inviting.

The breakfast buffet offered many options. i especially enjoyed the fresh pastries. the hotel's location near the park was also convenient. We loved the access.

the gym's equipment looked old. the shower doors looked worn. this detracted from an otherwise positive experience
