I found the staff friendly and helpful. The room included a functional kitchenette (complete with a dishwasher!). Free tea, coffee, and hot chocolate were available all day, which i appreciated. The hotel is conveniently located right on a tram line, providing easy access to the city center.
I noticed slight street noise occasionally.

dusty surfacesunclean bedsheets
the room was not very clean , dust was visible on surfaces. i found some hair on the bedsheets , which was quite unpleasant. also , the fridge made a subtle noise that disturbed my sleep , even though the room was otherwise quiet at night.

extreme heatspider nest
the room lacked proper air conditioning, a real problem . the intense heat made it difficult to sleep comfortably. i also noticed an unsettling amount of hairy dust in the corners. the spider's nest near the dining table light was also quite unpleasant, i had to clean to avoid electrical hazards..
