The room size was perfectly adequate for two people. I found the room to be very clean, and the cleaning service came every day.. I appreciated the convenient location near the amusement park. Access to the subway stations was also a definite plus. I found the breakfast decent with choices like eggs, bacon, fruit, yogurt, and breads.

I found the lack of real hanging space for clothes annoying, there were only five hangers on wall pegs.

A Superb Stay!

The staff's friendliness. I loved the water fountain in reception. It allowed me to refill my bottle before exploring. The hotel's proximity to the Prater and Messe Prater station was very handy. My bed was amazingly comfortable!

the location is convenient near the prater and a metro station (very useful for getting around). the accommodation was clean, and it included all necessities for the stay. i appreciated the provision of free coffee capsules and tea.

i noticed there were no water bottles provided in the room. i also found no iron available. i thought these were standard in a 4-star hotel.

the hotel provided underground parking which was useful. the room was spacious as shown in pictures. i found the staff to be efficient. the hotel's location near the metro made getting around simple.

i noticed the room cleaning was somewhat superficial toilet paper was not refilled.
