Underwhelming Stay Near Stadthalle
poor isolationmissing amenities
The noise isolation in my room was practically nonexistent. I constantly heard disturbances from neighboring rooms. the room lacked basic amenities. It didn't even have a complimentary bottle of water or basic coffee supplies. How thoughtful.

I found the room outdated. It was like no maintenance had occurred in a long time. The fridge had mold inside. I didn't think the staff was particularly cute. I wouldn't stay here again.

The staff were very helpful at the front desk and in the dining area. I extended my stay from two to five nights. The location is great and breakfast has many choices.
The bathroom fan did not work, so there was an unpleasant smell. I told the receptionist, but it was not resolved .

The hotel is next to a shopping mall called Lugner City. I also saw a lounge bar at the reception with a billiards area. A bus station to the city center is about 250m away. It's very easy to access.
