excellent servicewide selectionclean facilitiesshaded beach
The staff consistently provided excellent service! i particularly enjoyed the wide selection of drinks at the bars. the facilities were very clean. The maintenance was consistent. the beach had palm trees. This provided nice shade.
The location was somewhat isolated. It took some time to reach main attractions!

great stay overall

this hotel had many pools and access to the ocean the beach was clean. i came for a destination wedding and our room overlooked the courtyard. we were close to the pools and restaurants since the hotel is large. we enjoyed the servers and entertainment at the pools
the wind was intense for long stretches during the day given its location on the coast. the buffet had glass wind breakers for seating outside during meals but it was still a factor. it would have been nice to have a more sheltered area

the themed restaurants offered good selections and dessert options. the buffet had plenty of choices i found something different each day. the food quality was consistent across all dining venues with great presentation

my junior suite garden view room was well-kept and spacious. daily cleaning was thorough ensuring a comfortable environment. the room had a stocked minibar and a balcony area i used often to relax.

Excellent Stay!

Our Oceanview room upgrade was a fantastic surprise, and the ocean view was AMAZING!!! The room included little presents, a nice touch. The Tequila pool bar was our favorite. The staff there worked hard. Irvin and Miguel were always happy and smiling. Their service was great.

The beach was gorgeous, though the sand was hard to walk on. Swimming was restricted due to red flags flying most days. The hotel is close to the beach which is spacious and well maintained.

There are multiple pools available . Pool service was excellent, with waiters providing quick drink service. Entertainment included a silent disco, a highlight. Pepe's food at the pool bar was delicious too.

The Junior Suite Ocean View was spacious and clean. Housekeeping did a good job with daily cleaning. The balcony offered a great spot to relax and listen to the nighttime entertainment as our room was above the theatre.
