the location was acceptable. it was near kings park.
the room smelled bad all the time. the furniture is dated and the cleanliness was questionable. i noticed dust and what looked like cobwebs near the light fixtures while lying in bed. this wasnt great.

The location was perfect for walking to kings park and the cbd! the mount street breakfast bar downstairs made mornings easy. Their coffee is great. the room had a stove and microwave, really helpful for quick meals, and a small balcony provided a nice view of the trees and buildings!
The bathroom tap was a little stiff. It was sometimes difficult to turn it on and off smoothly.

the hotel is near kings park and is situated in a strategic area, convenient. it allows for easy access to green spaces, and it is just a short walk to the convention center, a HUGE plus.

The staff at reception were very accommodating. The housekeeping team was friendly, and I enjoyed the bar. My room had a lovely garden view. I safety was good there. The room felt quite cosy. The staff were AMAZING!!!
The bathroom was tiny, I didn't expect that! Traffic noise was also an issue for me. That was a bit disturbing. The cafe employee was quite rude one morning.

the location was really convenient to kings park and the city center. the cafe downstairs had excellent food (i especially liked the pastries). the studio apartment was a great size and well-equipped.
The bathroom needed maintenance. The taps and shower fittings were loose. the shower head's water direction was poor and the temperature was hard to regulate. the decor of the room was dark with subtle lighting, so it wasn't very bright.
