The staff were helpful. Natalia allowed me into my room early and accommodated requests.
My room was far too hot. The fan only moved the warm air. There were not enough electric sockets in the room (which was inconvenient).

The location is wonderful near the beach, pier, and local restaurants. i found the staff very polite. they also were very helpful. parking was easy. I obtained a voucher from reception.
the room felt very basic. the bathroom was functional, but the cleanliness left something to be desired. the shower mixer tap was not very good. there were no changes of towels.
