the location is very close to victoria station making travel easy i found the staff cute and friendly the blackout curtains in the room were very effective this helped with sleep
the breakfast had some issues the eggs were a strange color and some sausages seemed undercooked homeless tents were present around the hotel entrance it caused some unease i requested a twin room but received a room with one bed and a sofa bed it was not ideal

the breakfast was varied and acceptable.
Instructions for the check-in form were unclear. I was asked to sign in the wrong place. the room had an unpleasant odor upon arrival and i spotted a small bug in the sink. housekeeping commenced at 5 am with vacuuming and slamming doors. I found this unacceptable when checkout is at 12 pm..

The hotel location was near Victoria station. Buses and trains were accessible within a short walk. A theater showing Wicked was across the street. Restaurants and bars were also nearby. The breakfast included with my reservation was very satisfying.
The front desk staff WAS unhelpful during check-in.

Superb Hotel Experience!

I was very pleased with the room size. It was quite spacious. The breakfast selection offered a huge variety of options! This made starting the day easy. The hotel's proximity to Victoria Station was also a major plus.

the location was certainly convenient for transportation around the area easy access was a definite plus
i was disappointed to find the in-room coffee options quite basic just instant coffee and milk sachets were provided for a hotel charging this price i hoped for a better selection breakfast was acceptable nothing special it reminded me of a basic spread without much attention to detail getting a decent cup of coffee in the morning was a struggle
