amazing stay, top notch service!
comfy beds rooftop pool attentive staff
my room had comfy beds and the bathroom was beautiful. aylin at the rooftop pool was so attentive. the staff were really good to ensure we had a great stay they are an asset to the hotel.
i am not sure if i got a smoking room it smelled distinctively like smoke i couldn't open the windows to air it out either

i enjoyed the iftar feast at the salvia restaurant with my sister and friends there i tried the crab salad and braised beef the carrot cake and pistachio cake were both delicious desserts.

wonderful stay with great service
reception staff room cleaning good fragrance
the reception staff were very attentive (they really took care of my needs). room cleaning was excellent with every detail meticulously attended to. the entire hotel has a good fragrance that adds to the ambiance. i found the super clean pool a perfect place for relaxation.

some issues
erratic air conditioning limited tv channels
The air conditioning was quite erratic. it would switch between freezing cold and warm air without any consistency. this made it difficult to relax in the room. also, the tv channel selection was pretty limited. I expected more options for a hotel of this standard.

excellent hotel experience
attentive staff amazing spa spacious room
the pool staff were attentive especially ailyn. she was lovely and ensured i was looked after. arsalan greeted us daily and assisted us greatly. the spa area was amazing and rooms were spacious.

Really good stay! I would highly recommend
free upgrade comfy bed
I received a FREE upgrade, and my room was superb. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfy. The bathroom facility IS beautiful.
The air conditioner could not be sorted! I complained for three days before they sorted something for the last day SO THAT I could sit in the room without FREEZING.

The hotel's location WAS perfect. Close to everything, it was still peaceful and quiet. The mosque is a short five-minute walk from the hotel, nice for convenient prayer access during your stay.

The hotel is TRULY amazing. It is clean as new, with super nice rooms and comfortable beds. The reception and all the staff were attentive. They really took care of the guests. The pool was also super clean.
