excellent hotel experience
attentive staffamazing spaspacious room
the pool staff were attentive especially ailyn. she was lovely and ensured i was looked after. arsalan greeted us daily and assisted us greatly. the spa area was amazing and rooms were spacious.

Really good stay! I would highly recommend
free upgradecomfy bedair conditioner
I received a FREE upgrade, and my room was superb. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfy. The bathroom facility IS beautiful.
The air conditioner could not be sorted! I complained for three days before they sorted something for the last day SO THAT I could sit in the room without FREEZING.

The hotel's location WAS perfect. Close to everything, it was still peaceful and quiet. The mosque is a short five-minute walk from the hotel, nice for convenient prayer access during your stay.

The hotel is TRULY amazing. It is super tidy, with super nice rooms and comfortable beds. The reception and all the staff were friendly. They really took care of the guests. The pool was also super clean.
