great central location
superb locationhelpful staffexcellent parkingluggage care
The location was superb, very close to the basilica and right in the historic center. restaurants and activities were within a 5-minute walk. the staff was amazing. Simona assisted with check-in and provided local recommendations. valet parking arrangements were excellent, i could drive close to the hotel and not worry about parking. luggage was taken care of after checkout while i visited capri.
the mattress felt cheap and flimsy (a surprise considering the attractive place).

the hotel is a small, cozy building with only eight rooms, located centrally. a rooftop terrace is available to use, offering a nice space to relax. there is a mini-kitchen in the rooms, awesome for preparing small meals.

the reception staff is attentive and helpful, always available and friendly (fabio especially was very helpful). breakfast includes a good range of pastries and some warm food. the breakfast host was very pleasant and ensured all guests were comfortable.

The room was spacious. It had all necessary amenities. The staff offered friendly assistance. They provided helpful recommendations .
The hotel had limited extra facilities. There was no dedicated space to relax outside of the room. It lacked a designated area for work or leisure activities.

charming stay near the heart

I found the location really good for walking. the train station was nearby so i walked with my suitcase. i appreciated the laundry service washing clothes was a bonus after a week of travelling. i left my bag in the morning. Clean clothes were folded on my bed by late afternoon.
the breakfast room was small with only three tables. the space felt cramped as people walked behind me as i ate. the limited seating arrangement was less than ideal for a relaxed meal.

the breakfast staff seemed downright unfriendly. on the last day, i hesitated to ask for a cappuccino. also, i wasn't informed about the rooftop deck until checkout.
