i recently spent some nights in a room with a great sea view i could see the clear water from the window the hotel offered a good selection of food in the main restaurant the different options pleased me. the staff were very attentive they met my needs with speed.
the hotel gym was small it had limited equipment i hoped for more options. some areas looked dated they showed signs of wear. the evening entertainment lacked variety i wanted more interesting options.

the resort itself is fine. my room was a bit far from the lobby and main areas with activities and restaurants. a driver service to and from the room was available and made it very comfortable (it helped a lot). the resort has everything you need, so staying there for the whole visit would be satisfying.
i noticed many stairs to get to the rooms (this was the only slight inconvenience).

I was frustrated by some aspects of my stay. The air conditioning did not work properly. Staff moved me to another room, but the issue remained. The team seemed more like robots than genuinely helpful humans. I waited a long time for a buggy in the rain and missed breakfast. the pressure to leave a review was excessive. Staff asked me multiple times a day using QR codes and requesting I use their names.

The front office team was helpful. They handled all my requests promptly. Cleanliness was excellent, and sports activities were fantastic. Trainers were highly professional. EVERY detail I asked for was taken care of without delay.
There was one minor inconvenience. I sometimes waited longer than expected for a buggy. This was somewhat frustrating, especially when trying to get to dinner on time. A more efficient buggy service would be beneficial.
