The staff was friendly and helpful.
The bathroom had mold, which bothered me a lot (I wish they fixed it). The room felt cold, and I was concerned about the fire escape as it was locked overnight.

The staff was friendly (I really appreciated that). The food in the pub was delicious. I had some dietary requirements. The staff addressed these very well.
My room was a bit dated. The wardrobe door had blu tac to keep it closed. The toilet seat in the bathroom was loose and moved around.

The staff was attentive upon arrival. Our bedroom impressed me. It was spacious and warm. I especially enjoyed a lovely dinner in the comfortable bar area, where I noticed an open fire (a very pleasant touch). The bar offered a decent selection of beers.
