cold room shower temperature
the staff were helpful i found that acceptable
the room got cold during the night i could not adjust the heating settings the bathroom lacked heating and the shower temperature fluctuated wildly from scalding to ice cold every few seconds it made showering very difficult

the breakfast was good and was included in the room rate.
my room had a noticeable draft and felt quite cold throughout the night, even with the heating turned up, it was not very comfortable. the shower temperature was also inconsistent, fluctuating between hot and cold. i found it difficult to get a comfortable shower.

i found the staff to be very informative. i enjoyed the good range of beers available. hot water was readily available in the room.
my room door was damaged. the chair provided was an office desk chair with a badly marked seat. i found the pillows were disgustingly marked.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room had a television plus tea and coffee facilities with a nice ensuite bathroom. The breakfast included in the price was lovely I would definitely stay again. The dinner was great too I especially recommend the burger and the sauce.

excellent location good tv tasty meal unadjustable heating musty bathroom dirty room
the location was excellent for visiting local attractions. the room provided freeview on the tv, a good addition. i ate an evening meal at the pub and breakfast the following morning, both were tasty.
The heating was on all night. I could not adjust it. i did not want to remove my shoes in the room. the bathroom had a musty smell.

a romantic getaway

warm staff fresh ingredients relaxing escape
the staff greeted me with such warmth and attentiveness. the breakfast was divine, cooked to order with fresh ingredients! i stayed in a family room and it was spacious. it had everything we needed for a relaxing escape.
the shower pressure was a little low, but it wasn't a big deal
