I enjoyed the hot breakfast. A tick list allowed me to choose what i wanted. Everything was cooked perfectly.. The location is excellent. It is very close to the seaside. The room was spacious and clean.
The bathroom was somewhat inadequate. It seemed a section of the bedroom was boxed off.

i noticed some mould on the window blinds it was not ideal. the tv only had a few channels it was disappointing. the bar on the second floor was never open i really wanted to go there. it was a let down .

The owners were friendly. Breakfast offered several choices including Eggs Benedict (I really liked them). The location is really good and quiet. I slept well because there was plenty of free parking outside.
The shower in the room was small. the water pressure was low (I found it a bit annoying).
