amazing breakfast warm welcome tick list small shower noisy fan low pressure
the breakfast was amazing. a tick list allowed choice. the owner, paul, gave a warm welcome. he.
the shower in my room was small. the extractor fan was noisy , and the water pressure was low. the bathroom felt inadequate.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed offered GREAT comfort. Breakfast was prepared fresh and tasted delicious. The owner was helpful.
The heating system needed adjustment, but the host addressed it promptly.

hot breakfast tick list seaside location
I enjoyed the hot breakfast. A tick list allowed me to choose what i wanted. Everything was cooked perfectly.. The location is excellent. It is very close to the seaside. The room was spacious and clean.
The bathroom was somewhat inadequate. It seemed a section of the bedroom was boxed off.

mouldy blinds limited channels
i noticed some mould on the window blinds it was not ideal. the tv only had a few channels it was disappointing. the bar on the second floor was never open i really wanted to go there. it was a let down .

i found the location convenient. the beach is a short walk across the park. check-in was quick. the room included soft dressing gowns. breakfast was a highlight and included eggs benedict.
