solid stay
easy accesshelpful personnelmissing duvet
the bus station was just outside. this made access to the city center very easy. the staff was helpful and polite at reception. i found the personnel really helpful.
i only had one temperature selection for the air condition. there was no duvet for the soft beds.

the staff assisted quickly with requests. they also provided directions when asked. reception staff managed check-in and check-out efficiently, it was a good experience.

the hotel is close to the city center. the metro is a short walk away. the bus stop is close to the hotel. this made getting around easy.

the staff was very helpful. i found the location good, especially its proximity to a bus line. this bus line provided direct access to the tourist spots. i appreciated the gated parking.

breakfast included mainly bread and pastries. the only decent protein was cold boiled egg. the restaurant doesn't allow outside food, even for children.

the room included two narrow, barred windows with milkglass. these windows offered very little daylight, as the room faced a wall. the bathroom size was tiny, but functional.

great locationoutside seatingpoor soundproofingmissing curtain
i stayed for several nights. the location is great for visiting sites. i especially liked that it was approximately 2 minutes to a bus stop. the restaurant is located on the top floor. it is comfortable with both inside and outside seating.
the room did not have soundproofing. i could hear other rooms snoring and talking. there were no light curtains either..
