The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered excellent restaurant recommendations. My room was clean and well-arranged, offering good space. Reaching the hotel was simple too. The staff helped me with everything!
My room's windows faced an interior space, instead of the street, somewhat of a bummer.

impolite receptionistcommunication problem
The lobby seemed small. The bar and outside area closed quite early at 11 PM. I found one of the receptionists, Marie, to be impolite. She seemed to have trouble communicating. I really wouldn't recommend this place because of their policy and THAT employee.

This hotel shines. I loved the super clean rooms with really nice white bedding. The staff was friendly. They provided assistance when needed. The included breakfast was good and varied. It had a lot of options.
The bar closes early. It closes at 23:00.

The room was a decent size. It included a large walk-in shower in the ensuite. Decor is attractive. Rooms look super clean. White bedding gives great vibes. I appreciate the cleanliness of the room.

Metro is a short walk. The metro station Lesseps is five minutes away. The hotel is close to the L3 metro line. I also love that Park Güell is reachable on foot.
