the reception staff were very helpful when i arrived. they were cheery and cute. the location is excellent. it is close to many things i wanted to visit.
the room could have been cleaner, especially around the kitchenette. i was disappointed that there was no hot water one morning. i waited for a long time, but it never heated up!!!

the room included a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, hob, dishwasher, and washing machine. there were cups, crockery, and pans available (convenient for cooking). the spacious studio had large windows and provided ample space for sitting and moving around. i appreciated the cute reception area, kept clean and tidy.
I noticed some stains on the walls and furniture. The room looked somewhat dated for the price paid.

the staff was notably friendly and helpful. there was complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, and tea available 24/7 (a nice touch). delicious complimentary croissants were offered every morning.

The room was spacious with modern decor. I found it well kept. the complimentary coffee machine in reception offered excellent coffee. staff were helpful during my brief interactions. They addressed my questions efficiently. i liked the convenient mini-shop. It had essentials i needed for a comfortable stay.
The pavement near the entrance seemed a bit untidy sometimes. Garbage from nearby restaurants accumulated there.
