The room had canal views. It was a superior double room. The room also included a couple of armchairs. I found the staff helpful and knowledgeable.
Some of the restaurant decor seemed a little tired to me.

some issues impacted the stay
noisy roomlimited cocktail
I stayed in a canal view room. it got quite noisy at night, which i found frustrating. the room itself felt a bit run down.. i expected better for the price. also, i couldn't get the cocktail i wanted. The bar lacked key ingredients. it seemed like they should either train the staff better or remove it from the menu..

The staff greeted me very warmly upon arrival and provided helpful information. The room was spacious and equipped with various amenities, and I found the bed to be very comfortable. I booked a package that included breakfast and dinner, and I had a good two-course meal. I particularly appreciated the well-stocked barwith a variety of beverages to choose from.
I noticed some minor wear in the hallways. It could use a bit of updating.
