the staff were helpful. i received very nice service from every staff member. naz, the manager, interacted with everyone and introduced a drinks promotion during the game. igrah has an infectious personality that makes you smile.
i wasn't told about an event. i was in my room at midnight, and it had been boom boom boom since 8 pm. i couldn't sleep and could hear the songs from my room (it was a gala ladies night).

The room was very spacious, and I found it super clean upon arrival. Mary at reception greeted me with a friendly smile. She quickly addressed all my queries. I was given complimentary drinks at the bar because I booked through a partner site. Uzma helped with my checkout efficiently. She answered my questions about the final bill.
The window in my room had a noticeable gap in the frame. It let in a cold breeze.

The staff were very attentive, and they addressed my requests quickly and effectively. I had a minor issue, but the team resolved it quickly. I was able to get assistance at any time, and the staff were always available.
