jo and andy greeted us warmly upon arrival. they assisted with our bags and took them to our room. the room was spacious with a double bed and bunk beds. the bathroom featured a clean, spacious shower.
the parking area was a bit tight (especially during peak hours).

the location was convenient enough for exploring the area.
the room felt quite dated with many visible marks on the walls i noticed stains on the sofa the freezer was also completely full of ice it needed defrosting I expected better maintenance.

I appreciated the breakfast selection. It offered a huge choice of items (i especially liked the muffins). The family room we had on the top floor was both immaculate and comfortable. The parking was a really good bonus.
The sofa had large stains. The freezer was full of ice. The hotel seemed generally dirty.

The location was really convenient. The tram stop was just a short walk away. Breakfast had a great selection of cereals and cooked options. Andy kindly took my bags to my room. This was helpful.
There was limited parking available at the hotel. I was told over the phone that I could access via the side gate to the back of the house. No key was supplied for the security gate. The freezer was full of ice. It needed defrosting.

the location was great. i could easily walk to most attractions. the shower had perfect water temperature. breakfast was also superb (i really liked the eggs).
i saw some marks on the walls. i also noticed the freezer was full of ice. additionally, there was thick dust on the side light lead.
