the staff were really friendly. they made it easy for me to find my room. upon entering my beautiful double room, it was comfy. the breakfast was amazing!!!
i noticed a few things needed improvement. the tv didn't work. also, there weren't any glasses in the room. the mugs were stained inside. i thought there would be nearby parking, but there wasn't.

I found the staff to be so helpful. They assisted me with my luggage and showed me directly to my room, which i appreciated SO much. the location proved fantastic, placing me close to all local attractions. also, the room was clean, which really enhanced my experience and made it so much more relaxing.
the shower's water pressure wasn't ideal, but honestly, it was a minor inconvenience.

I wanted to share how pleased i was with the check-in. the staff were very kind and helped me get settled and find my room. the large double room i stayed in was spacious and comfortable i really enjoyed it. the shower was great. the bed was comfortable, it was a highlight.
the tv in my room was not working, an inconvenience as i wanted to relax in the evenings. i also noticed that the curtains were damaged and difficult to close properly! the bathroom needed a more thorough cleaning, especially some areas that seemed neglected.

I found the full english breakfast to be very satisfying and delicious. It started each day off perfectly. the food was served hot and was prepared quickly, which i appreciated. the dining area was clean and well kept.

The location provided very easy access to the train station, made travel easy. attractions and the coast were also nearby. I found the location convenient. the on-site bar offered amazing drink prices.

lopsided bedherbal smell
the website photos must have been taken a decade ago. the photos showed something fancy but my "beautiful double room" was anything but. the bed was so lopsided my partner feared she'd roll off all night. it smelled suspiciously of something herbal, not the nice kind used in aromatherapy.
