the location was fine and close to many places.
the air conditioning did not work well at all. my room became very hot, and it was difficult to sleep ANY. i also found the staff acted like my concerns did not matter, frustrating.

It was difficult to ignore the drilling and hammering sounds. the in-room coffee was pretty basic, and I expect more than just instant coffee. There was an old teapot, too.

Work started promptly at 7:00 AM. The noise made sleep impossible. I also noted that the room lacked proper heating for a November stay. It was uncomfortably cold.

the staff were genuinely helpful (especially hector at the front desk). he assisted with touring and navigating the bus and tram lines. the breakfast staff created a very cute, home-away-from-home atmosphere for me.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. I was allowed to check in early upon arrival mid-morning. The breakfast provided a variety of options to start the day. The shower had fluffy towels and excellent water pressure.
The fitness center equipment could use some maintenance, especially the elliptical machine.
