The complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport was convenient, though i didn't use it much. the staff were polite and pleasant. my room was spacious. It was beneficial.
I was surprised to learn i had to pay extra to use the gym. the website seemed to indicate the gym was included. This was misleading. also, i would have liked a bar fridge in my room!

I really enjoyed the hotel's location. It is super close to the train station! I could hop on a train and be in central Geneva in minutes (it was very convenient!). I found the hotel shuttle to the airport punctual and easy to book. Breakfast had many choices, especially considering it was included.
I noticed there were no slippers available in the room unless requested from reception, a slight inconvenience.

The train station near the hotel made visiting places quick. The rooms were clean and tidy, which I appreciated. The breakfast offered many choices , so I was able to find something I liked.
The check-in staff did not seem very professional. The parking was expensive , costing 21 euros for 12 hours. The hotel had air conditioning , but it was turned off for all rooms.
