the hotel was beautifully decorated. breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly. our room was spacious, clean, and really comfortable! i especially loved the lovely outside courtyard, it was such great.
the room was up too many stairs, the stairs were poorly lit.

The staff was REALLY helpful. They provided a room for us in the evening. We had three children and there was a party in the main area. Everyone was SO friendly. I found that the breakfast was great!

Breakfast includes orange and apple juice with a cereal buffet, SO GOOD. A full English breakfast is available and cooked to perfection, offering satisfying choices, and it's served in a bright, beautiful conservatory I found it WONDERFUL.

The room was clean and had everything I needed it was well decorated. Staff assisted promptly during check-in and check-out it was helpful. I enjoyed dinner at the Orangery and the food was amazing. Breakfast offered great quality though the mushrooms seemed sour.

i found a couple of issues . the shower had mold spots on the curtain, and i noticed some peeling wallpaper in the room. it got quite cold at night because the heating didn't seem to work. breakfast was alright, but the sausage was dry and i had to figure out the toaster situation myself.

access to the private parking at the rear was narrow, but thankfully i had been warned about it. it was a minor inconvenience.
