the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay (i really appreciated their attentiveness). the dinner options were excellent, especially the vegetarian selection.

the hotel was beautifully decorated. breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly. our room was spacious, clean, and really comfortable! i especially loved the lovely outside courtyard, it was such great.

the room was up too many stairs, the stairs were poorly lit.

the location was excellent. the staff were friendly and helpful (they always had a smile!). i stayed in a large room with a very comfortable bed.

the outside courtyard was sometimes noisy.

Wonderful Stay in Spacious Room

clean room helpful staff amazing food great breakfast

The room was clean and had everything I needed it was well decorated. Staff assisted promptly during check-in and check-out it was helpful. I enjoyed dinner at the Orangery and the food was amazing. Breakfast offered great quality though the mushrooms seemed sour.

Some minor maintenance is required to some paintwork it is necessary

The hotel's location is near the Cotswolds edge it is perfect for visiting. There are many dining options available close to the hotel. The town center has shops and is quite pretty

mold spots peeling wallpaper

i found a couple of issues . the shower had mold spots on the curtain, and i noticed some peeling wallpaper in the room. it got quite cold at night because the heating didn't seem to work. breakfast was alright, but the sausage was dry and i had to figure out the toaster situation myself.
