super clean rooms convenient bus stop friendly staff
the rooms are beautifully decorated and super clean. a bus stop is just outside the main door. the staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for me!!!
the hotel is beside a road but the noise was manageable.

dark room old bed
the room faced the car park. i had to keep the curtains closed during the entire stay so it was very dark. also, i found what looked like dried toothpaste on the duvet, and the bed felt old and dipped. the staff did not address this issue satisfactorily.

comfortable bed spacious room lovely decor complimentary toiletries
the bed was super comfortable! the room felt quite spacious. it had lovely decor all around. i slept soundly each night. it was nice they provided complimentary toiletries. i was able to connect to their wifi easily, and it worked great.
the elevator was a bit slow, though i usually took the stairs anyway

the hotel is located less than a 5 minutes walk from the american embassy, a very convenient location. the street is very quiet too. it is also a 15 minutes walk into the city centre, which i did several times.

breakfast included several options! service was wonderful, very caring, and the staff seemed concerned about the guests. it has great value, and it was delicious. i felt very satisfied after my breakfast.

really good stay
bus stop comfortable room
the room was super clean and very comfortable. it was nice that the hotel is well located for the rds and there is a bus stop outside the hotel (.. ) it was perfect for traveling to the city. i stayed for four nights and slept well. i would definitely book again to stay longer if i required.
during my stay, i noticed that the room was somewhat affected by noise from a nearby road. the noise levels were not terribly bad, but i could hear them at night.

i found the staff kind and helpful , a detail i appreciate. the location suited my needs, as it provided quiet alongside convenient access. i also appreciated the little things like the uk power converters, they were handy. the complimentary wi-fi worked reliably.
I noticed a very small area of the bathroom ceiling showed some mould. it would benefit from fresh paint. it was a minor issue overall.
