i found the staff kind and helpful , a detail i appreciate. the location suited my needs, as it provided quiet alongside convenient access. i also appreciated the little things like the uk power converters, they were handy. the complimentary wi-fi worked reliably.
I noticed a very small area of the bathroom ceiling showed some mould. it would benefit from fresh paint. it was a minor issue overall.
