The room was clean upon arrival.

The bar service was disappointing. Guests could only use one of the three bars. The wines seemed very low quality. They tasted like cheap supermarket brands. There were insufficient seats in the evening, forcing us to sit in the a la carte area, but staff rudely told us we couldn't sit there. NO THANKS!

i found the breakfast buffet had a huge selection. it included traditional food options, which i enjoyed. the reception staff was also very helpful, especially gledia. she provided useful tips and assistance .

The air conditioning in my room was not very effective. It felt stuffy. mosquitoes and bugs were a problem, so i avoided opening the windows. the all-inclusive package had limited bar access. I was directed to use only one of the three bars.

the rooms were cleaned everyday, this was a BIG plus. the location felt perfect, near the center and the beach was in front of the hotel.

the ac didn't get very COOL, the room felt stuffy.
