the location was good. a metro station was nearby, it made travel easy. the breakfast offered fresh food. the staff helped with my questions.
the bedroom felt small. opening my suitcase was difficult there. i could hear noise from other rooms. the walls seemed thin.

The staff was friendly and helpful (which I guess is what you want). The room was well equipped and quiet.
The room was small. There was no place to keep even a single suitcase. It reminded me of the room was just made up to use as a hotel room. (I've seen bigger closets).

the reception staffs were excellent, always ready to help with any difficulties. they were very polite and humble. i was offered my room earlier than expected when i arrived at the hotel around 10am. the neighborhood had plenty of eateries.
the bedroom is too small. you can't even open your suitcase. if you ask for two single beds, they are two beds next to each other, it feels like a double bed. the floor made noises.

the staff was nice and friendly. they were very cute. i got an iron and ironing board upon request. the front desk works around the clock, a very convenient arrangement.

breakfast is simple, but it includes the usual continental options. a very nice woman usually manages the breakfast. she will gladly cook an omelet or scrambled eggs if requested.

the bathroom was clean, with a great shower. the water heats up instantly. the room includes air conditioning. this worked perfectly during the summer heat.
