Staff were helpful and friendly to me.
Heating proved very poor during my winter visit. I changed rooms numerous times, yet the issue remained. The hotel, though rated four stars, did not provide most amenities without charge. Even slippers required payment.

the staff offered good recommendations! the room was very clean, and the bed was nice. i walked to all the sights, which took about 20 minutes. i would stay here again!
i noticed chipped paint! the orange lights outside my room were annoying at night and the curtains were not thick enough. also, there was no phone in the room to call the front desk, i found this a little inconvenient

excellent city stay
convenient tramample spacedistinct vibe
i liked the tram access to the hotel it simplifies travel upon arrival. the room size was good and provided ample space. the vibe throughout the hotel was distinct. i noticed very clean conditions were maintained throughout the hotel.
the room numbering system was a little confusing at first it reminded me of navigating a small labyrinth.

the hotel is near the t2 tram line making it easy to reach from the main train station. many key sites were within walking distance though some required about twenty minutes on foot. it is a reasonably quiet area.

the staff members were very friendly and helpful . some staff like vincent and carolina provided good recommendations. diego was especially attentive at the bar area each evening i visited.

the hotel has an indoor bar which is open until late offering a social space. the indoor bar had a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. the rooms are newly renovated adding a modern touch.
