a serviceable place

the room had tea and coffee facilities. they were topped up each day i stayed. breakfast featured cooked options. it came cooked to order and was lovely and hot.
the car park only fits five cars. if those are full, guests use disks in the hallway to park on the road. the mattresses need to be changed. i could tell they had a lot of use. the bedding was very noisy too.

the location was very close to the town centre. the room was clean. the breakfast was delicious (especially the fresh ingredients). staff were friendly, professional and helpful.

the breakfast was really nice, a good quality meal. the room was very comfortable and clean.
I didn't realize this was a no host accommodation. This fact wasn't very clear when i booked. i think hospitality should be more hands-on. I missed having staff on site throughout my stay
