The staff were very friendly at all times. i liked the bedroom. It was comfortable. dinner included lots of variety and breakfast was good. i got homemade shortbread on arrival, a lovely touch.

The room felt quite small Considering the price I paid. IT also lacked a bathtub, a bit of a letdown after a long day. Some staff members were very attentive, while others seemed less so. This felt inconsistent. I also noticed a mistake on my bill at checkout. It was nearly £70 overcharged, and I had to point it out.

The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. the breakfast was really good. It was fresh, delicious, and offered a wide variety. our room was spacious and very super clean, it included all the amenities needed. the location allowed easy exploration of the surrounding area.
the gardens are beautiful, but service outside the restaurant requires a taxi.

the grounds are beautiful. they sit just outside of town. the morning breakfast was delicious. staff were kind.
our room was not made up until after a long wait. i emailed my complaints to the hotel but i am still waiting for any acknowledgment. we had to wait over half an hour for our bacon and eggs on both days. the dining room wasn't busy.
