I loved the attention to detail. The staff service was really good! they all looked fantastic in uniform. nothing was too much bother. The boat was immaculate and in keeping with tradition. the decor was well thought out. it was a perfect relaxing stay!
I felt that the room we had was expensive and inferior to all other rooms available. i was in and out several rooms when cleaners were in, and i just felt that we received an inferior room compared to every other room. for that reason we found that 200 for 1 night was overpriced. I'm not sure how pricing works and if there are any other rooms available for the same cost.

The breakfast was AMAZING. I especially appreciated the fresh fruit options. the staff were really friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile. the location IS great with plenty of places to eat nearby.
the lighting in the bathroom could have been a LITTLE better.
