the food was lovely and plentiful at both dinner and breakfast it was a plus point of my stay
i found the attention to detail lacking as staff did not take initiative when guests needed assistance this fell short of my expectations for a four-star hotel

the cabin nestled in the woods offered really good tranquility. it had everything i needed, with comfortable beds and ample space. spa access was a great addition offering excellent value for money (the hot tub was a highlight). the staff were exceedingly lovely.
the wifi signal was weak from the pod requiring me to be on the porch to use it effectively.

dinner featured a high standard menu, with a good selection especially for vegetarians (i had the mushroom dish). the breakfast host (helena) was efficient and friendly. food was very good.

the one-bedroom cabin was equipped with everything needed, proving spacious and comfortable. beds were comfortable. it was a hidden gem. the cabin was peaceful and had plenty of room to relax after visiting the spa.

the receptionist was very friendly and helpful providing a cute atmosphere. spa staff were also cute. all staff members were consistently helpful and friendly, addressing my needs promptly and efficiently. i felt valued .

I stayed in the One-Bedroom Woodland Pod. It was very cosy. EVERYTHING needed was present in a lovely woodland setting. The front desk staff were obliging and friendly. It was appreciated. The service in the dining room was a bit slow.
The wifi reception from the main building was poor in the pod. I needed to go to the porch to use it. A separate wifi was available for the pods, but I was "connected without internet access".

Staff at reception could not be more helpful. I found the bar staff excellent. Breakfast staff were excellent TOO.
