the Gloucester Road tube station is super close. i found supermarkets a quick walk away. room cleaning service was available daily and very consistent. the breakfast options had spanish flavors, a neat touch.
the lift was slow and small.

The staff were very friendly. The cozy, townhouse feel of the hotel was very relaxing. The William Moris inspired decor created a beautiful space to unwind after a long day.
The gym was too small. It did not have enough equipment for a proper workout. I think this area needs expansion.

mixed experience with some issues
weak showernoisy street
The room i got felt a bit small for the price. It was a "cosy room", but i felt cramped. the bathroom door wouldn't close properly, and the shower pressure was weak. also, the noise from the street at night was pretty bad. I could hear every car and bus. i had asked for a quiet room, but clearly, that didn't happen.
