My birthday was wonderfully celebrated here! The staff were attentive. A room upgrade occurred, made my day. Special thanks to Laila, Anastasia, Sonica, and Lima for their really good service.

The hotel's location is convenient. It is near the subway station. The room was quite comfortable and spacious, containing everything I needed.
The breakfast quality was low. Food selection was poor. The room was smaller than it looked in photos.

friendly staff cozy feel beautiful decor
The staff were very friendly. The cozy, townhouse feel of the hotel was very relaxing. The William Moris inspired decor created a beautiful space to unwind after a long day.
The gym was too small. It did not have enough equipment for a proper workout. I think this area needs expansion.

Breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). The hotel served a good quality breakfast. The selection included various options for different diets and preferences, ensuring there was something for everyone.

The staff are attentive and cute. Alba, the guest experience manager, ensured i had everything i needed . The team was very informative and helpful for all my adventures.

mixed experience with some issues
weak shower noisy street
The room i got felt a bit small for the price. It was a "cosy room", but i felt cramped. the bathroom door wouldn't close properly, and the shower pressure was weak. also, the noise from the street at night was pretty bad. I could hear every car and bus. i had asked for a quiet room, but clearly, that didn't happen.

the location suited my travel needs well it was a short walk to kensington gardens i secured an upgrade to a premium king size room free of charge upon arrival the staff provided help with directions to local attractions
