I had a spacious, very clean room. The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive. the mattresses are comfortable, i slept very well. i also found the hotel to be conveniently situated within the cbd. It made exploring easy.

the staff seemed very friendly and helpful. the breakfast had a good selection of items. the room i stayed in was quite spacious. it had a balcony, it had enough room for standing.

the room did not have extra blankets and only had what was on the beds. the blankets provided were quite small. the bed felt old. the pillows were not very comfortable either.

I found the staff very friendly. They were helpful. The room I had was of good size. The hotel was on the fringes of the CBD, but it was within a short walking distance to the middle of the CBD.

The cold uncommunicative male was on front desk. He was unhelpful. The previous warm communicative front desk was the reason we returned this month. I am unsure we will return.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned I found hair in the bathroom. The TV remote did not work I had to call maintenance. No one seemed to care about resolving my issues.
